p9ph Terms & Conditions

Welcome to p9ph. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p9ph ("p9ph," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at p9ph.club. These Terms apply to all services, games, features, promotions, and content made available through the p9ph platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported device or technology.

By registering a p9ph account, logging in, or using any part of the p9ph platform — including browsing the lobby, playing demo games, or making a deposit — you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the p9ph platform and close your account.

p9ph operates in the Philippines and serves Filipino players in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, which take precedence where any conflict exists.

To open and maintain a p9ph account and to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations is 21 years old. p9ph strictly enforces this requirement and will close accounts and void any winnings if it is established that a player was under 21 at the time of play.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. p9ph makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful outside the Philippines.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement. You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or self-exclusion directive that would prevent you from gambling.
4. Identity Verification: You must complete p9ph's Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) when requested. Real-money play and withdrawals are not available until KYC verification is approved.
5. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) p9ph account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

p9ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

To access real-money gaming services at p9ph, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional details requested for KYC compliance. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p9ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. p9ph shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify p9ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised. p9ph may, at its discretion, temporarily lock an account pending security review where suspicious activity is detected.

p9ph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority.

p9ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform. Supported methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability and any method-specific limits published on the cashier page.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. p9ph is not responsible for funds lost or delayed due to errors in payment information provided by the player, or due to technical issues originating from payment processors or financial institutions outside p9ph's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your p9ph account, or to an account in your own verified name. Withdrawals are subject to active bonus wagering requirements — if you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is fulfilled. p9ph reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

p9ph offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional bonus-specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms prevail over these general Terms.

Key general bonus terms applicable to all p9ph promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• The standard wagering requirement for p9ph deposit bonuses is 20× (twenty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, unless stated differently on the specific promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. Live casino games typically contribute 10% and slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements — see the specific promotion page for exact figures.
• p9ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings derived from a bonus, or close an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, structured play designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other behavior inconsistent with legitimate gaming.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus balance not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the p9ph platform — including slots, live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and Casino Hold'em), bingo, and sports betting — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game. By participating in any game on p9ph, you confirm that you understand and accept the specific rules applicable to that game.

p9ph uses independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all non-live-dealer games to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by p9ph or by players. Live dealer games are conducted by human croupiers in monitored studio environments using physical equipment (cards, wheels, etc.). The results of all games are final once confirmed by the game system, except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction during a game round, p9ph will attempt to resolve the issue and resume play where technically feasible. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the stake for that round will be returned to your wallet. p9ph's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the escalation process described in the Contact section of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p9ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one (1) p9ph account, whether using the same or different identity or contact information.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents to register or verify a p9ph account.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to play games or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in games or platform software for financial gain. Any such gains are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer table games and poker variants.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, if you are a resident of or physically located in that jurisdiction.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to p9ph through your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the matter through the p9ph support team.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction you have placed on your own account.

p9ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Filipino players seriously. Gaming at p9ph is intended to be an entertainment activity. If gambling is causing you or someone you care about financial, emotional, or social harm, p9ph strongly encourages you to seek help and to use the responsible gaming tools available within your account.

p9ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your p9ph wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. A notification will be issued when your time limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time period. Once the limit is reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p9ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any p9ph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on p9ph content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the p9ph platform.
• Use any p9ph trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of p9ph's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p9ph, its officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the p9ph platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if p9ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part of it, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, force majeure, or any other cause outside p9ph's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party game content, odds, or information provided on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p9ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by p9ph's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where p9ph is found liable to you under any applicable law, p9ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the p9ph platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to p9ph during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p9ph collects, processes, and stores personal data about you in connection with your use of the platform. This includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, gaming history, device and browser data, and communications with the p9ph support team. The processing of your personal data is governed by the p9ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

p9ph processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to p9ph processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing it with payment processors, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or PAGCOR regulations.

p9ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, in response to changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the platform's products or services, or other operational requirements. When material changes are made, p9ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players — typically by publishing a notice on the p9ph platform and, where feasible, by SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document. Your continued use of the p9ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and p9ph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the p9ph customer support team at [email protected]. p9ph will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines. You acknowledge that PAGCOR retains oversight and dispute resolution authority over Philippine online gaming operators, and that certain disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.
